“MY JAFO LLC” is committed to providing our customers with only the highest quality products and services. Our commitment is summed up by our Quality.
“MY JAFO LLC” will supply products that fully conform to our customers’ quality and delivery requirements. We will continue to improve our products and services to meet or exceed our customers requirements and expectations through constant research and improvement of the effectiveness of the performance of our Medical Products.  All of our textile materials are hand-made, inspected for quality, strength, durability, compression and longevity.  MY JAFO products are CE rated.

In the assembly of our products, the materials are inspected in the cutting process, through the sewing process and inspected a third time in the bagging process.  Packaging and shipping inspects a fourth time that the size, color, and correct product/ Purchase Order Number matches the order to the shipping manifest.

Warranty and Returns:

To Receive a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Number: Please contact MYJAFO Customer service department or the Medical office from whom you purchased the product from.

MY JAFO reserves the right to refund the purchase price based on the return of each product evaluated through our Customer Service Department.  Warranty has a 25% restocking fee and a 30 day return policy as long as the product is free from damage after receipt and there are no foam adjustments from the date it was shipped.   The replacement, repair or refund procedure for MY JAFO has a goal to send a replacement product within ten (10) working days after receipt of the original unaltered product depending on the location of the customer.   Custom-made products such as, custom colors and/or custom-sized products are not refundable unless special approval of the manager of MY JAFO.  Any manufacturing defect such as broken zippers, thread malfunction, etc. have a 90 day factory warranty.
